Ainsley Stapleton

Upon graduating from The George Washington University (GWU), with honors, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Ainsley Stapleton started her accounting career with Frank & Company. Not one to rest on her academic laurels, she later went on to earn a Master of Science in Accounting from GWU and a Master of Science in Biostatistics from Georgetown University.
During Ainsley’s almost 20-year career at Frank & Company she quickly rose through the ranks and was named Audit Manager. Throughout all of her academic quests, Ainsley continued her work at Frank & Company where she is a valued member of management and has become the firm expert on retirement plan auditing and administration. She also has a wealth of experience with our real estate, government contractor, and non-profit audit clients.
Completing the CPA exam is a rite of passage for every public accountant, but very few achieve this goal with distinction. Ainsley achieved the highest score on the November 2002 CPA exam in Washington, DC and was the recipient of the Gold Medal Award.
Ainsley has quite a full household including her husband, 3 children, 3 cats, and multitudes of plants. When not spending time with her family, Ainsley is the Treasurer of the Crystal City Children’s Daycare, enjoys playing squash, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
